The Impact of Covid-19 on Businesses in Ghana.
As we all know, coronavirus outbreak is causing a global economic disruption. COVID-19 is pushing companies to rapidly operate in new ways, and systems resilience are being tested as never before.
The outbreak of this pandemic is causing a drastic change in business continuity as there are sudden changes in work force productivity , decision-making as well as security risks .
Governments around the world are implementing various measures to mitigate the adverse effect and provide relief for businesses and households.
For many organizations, there would be a disruptions of business cash flows ,restructuring employee work schedules and many more changes. It is possible that some job roles will be made redundant while some will need to work from home as part of safety measures to curb the spread of the virus.
